A Twisted hBN bilayer was measured in Contact resonance Piezoresponse Force Microscopy to acquire Piezoresponse signals. The image shows the fractal pattern of the Twisted hBN bilayer.

 

Scanning Conditions

- System: Park FX40

- Scan Mode: Contact Resonance Piezoresponse Force Microscopy (Channel: PFM Amplitude)

- Scan Rate: 0.5 Hz

- Scan Size: 5 µm × 5 µm

- Pixel Size: 512 × 1024 pixels
